Product Description
It is a single-component, UV resin-based, super elastic waterproofing mortar. It is a coating material that provides savings by reflecting impermeable thermal energy.
Surface Preparation
- The surface must be free from residues that would prevent adhesion.
- On hot surfaces, the surface should be cooled with water without avoiding application.
- The surface should be cured and solid.
- The hardness, water absorption, and solidity of the surface to be applied are checked in advance.
- Surfaces to be applied are cleaned of dust, dirt, debris, oil, etc.
- Before application, HYDROVOX diluted with water at a ratio of ¼ by volume should be applied as a primer.
- Applied in 3 coats horizontally and 2 coats vertically with a brush or roller. The thickness should be 1-1.5 mm.
- The waiting time between coats varies depending on environmental conditions, but it is 4 hours. Application should not be done in very high temperatures, direct sunlight, very windy, rainy, or frost-risk weather.
- Use a spiked roller to release gas. Texturing is required on very smooth surfaces.

- Used to extend the lifespan of waterproofing and provide energy savings.
After mixing with a low-speed mixer, it should be applied in 3 coats horizontally and 2 coats vertically with a brush or roller.
The total thickness of the application should be 1.0-1.7 mm. The second coat should be applied after the first coat is completely dry.
Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- The surface to be applied must not be damp.
- After application, protect from adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (+35°C and above), rain, and frost.
It is recommended to use latex gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. Dust masks should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
