S2 Class highly flexible, two-component, high-performance adhesive mortar with reduced slip properties and a long working time, based on cement.
Surface Preparation
- Weak areas of the concrete should be repaired, poorly adhered plasters should be removed, and the surface should be made smooth and solid.
- The application surface must be cleaned of substances that prevent adhesion, such as dust, oil, tar, silicone, curing agents, detergents, and mold oils.
- 25 Kg MEGABONVOX should be slowly poured over the 10 L liquid component and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer.
- No water should be added to the liquid component!
- The prepared mortar should rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Before starting the application, the mortar should be mixed again for 2-3 minutes.
- The tiles should be adhered within 20 minutes on the notched mortar.
- To achieve better adhesion, the mortar should be spread with the flat side of the trowel and then notched with the toothed side of the trowel suitable for the tile size.
- The tiles should be adhered evenly on the notched area.
- Suitable for bonding large ceramic, granite, porcelain ceramic, and marble cladding materials in outdoor applications.
- Used for wet areas such as pools, water tanks, hamams, and bathrooms. Has high adhesion stability.
- Does not slip, easy to use.
- Before ceramic bonding applications on existing ceramic surfaces, the surface should be primed with 133P Smooth Surface Primer.
10 L of Megavox Techno 2K mixture liquid is placed in a clean, round-shaped container, and 25 kg of powder product is gradually added while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps. The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer.
The fresh mortar should be mixed again before application after resting for 5 minutes.
- Avoid application below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Pay attention to the amount of water remaining in the mortar.
- Do not add powder and water to the mortar that has exceeded its usage time.
- It is recommended to use rubber gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. A dust mask should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored out of reach of children.
