It is a high-performance, cement-based adhesive mortar that sets quickly within 3-4 hours, suitable for areas where early traffic is desired and with reduced slip properties.
Surface Preparation
- The surfaces to be applied must be clean and solid. Dust, oil, dirt, and materials that prevent adhesion must be cleaned from the surface, and thick layers of mortar, cement, etc. must be scraped off the surface.
- Porous surfaces should be moistened and waited until the water layer disappears while keeping the surface damp.
- The surface must be free from thick materials that will prevent adhesion.
- Care should be taken that the surface is cured and solid.
- The dusty surface behind the ceramic should be moistened and wiped.
- 25 Kg RAPIDVOX should be slowly poured over 6.5-7.5 liters of water and mixed until a homogeneous substance is obtained.
- The prepared mortar should be rested for 5-10 minutes to mature.
- Before starting the application, the mortar should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes.
- The tiles applied with force on the troweled mortar should be adhered within 20 minutes.
- To achieve better adhesion, the mortar should be spread with the flat side of the trowel and then combed with the notched side of the trowel selected according to the tile size.
- The tiles should be adhered evenly to the combed area.
- Used for adhering floor and wall ceramics, granite ceramics, natural stone, etc. on surfaces such as concrete, plaster, and screed in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ideal for quickly covering ceramics in places like government buildings, cafes, supermarkets, and airports where early use is desired within a day.
- Used in ceramic covering applications over existing ceramics.
Pour 6.5-7.5 liters of clean water into a clean, round-shaped container, and gradually add the 25 kg powder product while mixing until a homogeneous appearance is achieved without lumps. The mixture should be made with a low-speed mixer. Fresh mortar should be mixed again before application after resting for 5 minutes.
- Avoid application below +5 °C and above +35 °C temperatures.
- After application, protect against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (above +35 °C), rain, and frost.
- Do not add powder to mortar that has exceeded its usage period.
- It is recommended to use rubber gloves during product application.
- The product should not be inhaled directly. Dust masks should be used if necessary.
- Products should be stored in places out of reach of children.
